A. There are parent participation days available at each of our schools which include classroom observation.
A. Termly reports are given to parents. These inform parents about their child’s progress in social, emotional, physical, and academic areas, and discuss appropriate goals and strategies moving forward.
Not only that, but teachers regularly communicate with parents through an app informing parents on regular goings on in the classroom.
A. In Foundation class, we utilize Early Years Foundation Stage from the UK (EYFS). From Preschool to Secondary school, we follow the International Baccalaureate Programs.
A.We recommend you continue to communicate in whatever language you consider your mother tongue. Your child’s development as a person includes culture and heritage to help them form a secure identity. If you do not speak English at home, that is ok. We hope all our children develop to be multilingual learners.
The best support you can give at home is to help them feel secure and loved. This will give them courage to try new things and ask good questions.
A.It is best for children to learn new languages from an early age. Young children are capable of learning multiple languages at the same time.
A. Parents should fill out the online application form on the EIS website. For next year’s Grade 1 in the
year 2025-2026, please click this link to check the details.
A. The school bus route is on the website. Please contact us if you would like to know the bus timetable.
A. Students either bring their own lunch from home or order School lunch. 
A. For ELC students, there is Morning daycare from 8:00AM and Afternoon daycare until 18:00. For Primary school, we have ‘Study hall’ until 17:00. 
We also have After school clubs. The details of After clubs are announced when the term starts.
A. We have an EAL support program for students. If students need EAL support, it is mandatory and there is an additional fee.
A. The maximum number of students for the Foundation class is 18 students. For other classes, the maximum number is 26 students.
A. If there is a vacancy in the class, we accept new students throughout the year.
A. We help parents if needed. Apps such as Toddle has auto-translation so that parents can send messages in Japanese or other languages.
A. We do not have trial lessons and we do not invite visitors into the classrooms. However, we can take you for a school tour. Please let us know your availability through the contact form.
