Admission Schedule for Primary school Grade1 in Enishi International School
We accept applications for Primary school Grade1 from another school on the following schedule.
the first deadline of the application is September 30th, 2024. Please send the following required documents by then.
Required documents:
● Application form (click here and fill out the online form)
● Copy of the health insurance card/passport or another ID
● Copy of the health insurance card/passport or another ID
● Report card from current school *
● Recommendation letter from current school/teacher **
*After you fill out the application form, please send a report card to EIS (admissions@enishi.ac.jp) by email.
**Recommendation letter should be sent to EIS from school or teacher directly.
This schedule is applicants for Primary school Grade1 from another school (birthdate: 2019 September – 2020 August).
We have a regular admission procedure for other classes. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Assessment and Interview:
- After the application deadline, we will screen applications for candidates who want to enroll in Kinder class during Term2 starting in January 2025 or Term3 starting in April 2025. The class will be Grade1 in Year 2025-2026 starting in August 2025.
- An assessment and interview date will be individually arranged. Application fee 20,000 yen is required to be paid before the assessment and interview date.
- A result and an invoice of the enrollment and the building fee will be sent to candidates who had the assessment and the interview.
- We accept new students in Kinder class during Term 2 or Term 3.
- There will be waiting pool for Kinder/Grade1 if there are many applications.
