The Early Learning Centre (ELC) is for children of ages one through five(1yrs~6yrs). We recognize all children are entitled to a best start in life and support to achieve their potential. A child’s experience has a vital impact on his/her future life chances, so we do our best to provide them with a safe, happy and secure learning environment.

Every person develops at a different rate. Those who are ready to start school at this age begin to build emotional connections with others. We give them consistent social, emotional, and play-based experiences that help them form a strong foundation that will serve them for the rest of their lives.
