Enishi International School Students Embark on a Memorable Camping Trip

On May 13th and 14th, 2023, the Grade 3, 4, and 5 students of Enishi International School, along with their dedicated teachers, embarked on an exciting camping adventure at the Aichi Outdoor Education Center. This is an annual trip we take each year. It is always a wonderful opportunity for students to experience the joys of outdoor education, teamwork, and exploration.

Destination: Aichi Outdoor Education Center

Located in the heart of Aichi Prefecture, the Aichi Outdoor Education Center offers a picturesque setting for a wide range of outdoor activities. The center is renowned for its beautiful natural surroundings, providing an ideal environment for students to connect with nature and engage in hands-on learning experiences.

Interesting Activities

During the two-day camping trip, students participated in a variety of engaging and educational activities designed to foster teamwork, resilience, and a love for the outdoors. 

Some of the highlights included:

• Hiking: Students enjoyed scenic hikes through the lush forests, learning about local flora and fauna along the way. The hikes provided an excellent opportunity for physical exercise and appreciation of nature.

• Playing: Students enjoyed playing games indoors and outdoors. There were plenty of chances to work in teams to achieve common goals. The students enjoyed the various games prepared by our incredible teachers. 

• Campfire Stories: The evening was spent around the campfire, where students and teachers shared stories, sang songs, and roasted marshmallows. These moments helped build a sense of community and camaraderie.

The camping trip was more than just a series of activities; it was a memorable adventure that brought students and teachers closer together. The shared experiences and challenges helped strengthen bonds and create lasting memories. Students returned with a deeper appreciation for nature, new friendships, and a sense of accomplishment.

The Grade 3, 4, and 5 students of Enishi International School will surely cherish this unforgettable camping trip for years to come. The trip exemplified the school’s commitment to holistic education, fostering not only academic growth but also personal and social development.
