Asahi Kougen Genki Mura Camping Trip

Asahi Kougen Genki Mura is a children’s camp site that Grades 3, 4, and 5 go to every year. This year, students enjoyed several different unique activities like paper-making from pulp, forest hikes, observatory stargazing, snipe hunting, goheimochi cooking, and campfire time. Teachers tied these various activities and other experiences to their lessons in various ways, and above all else, students have a great time growing in their independence and agency!
