Visitor Code of Conduct
ビジター行動規範
Enishi International School prioritizes the safety and well-being of our students. As a visitor to our school, your cooperation with our guidelines is crucial. Please familiarize yourself with the following Visitor Code of Conduct:
- Wear your Visitor Badge visibly at all times. Visitors without an official badge may be directed back to reception. Visible badges help our community easily identify authorized visitors, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all students.
- Remain with your host at all times. Do not enter classrooms, student facilities, or staff-only areas without explicit authorization. Staying together helps our community easily recognize you as an invited guest.
- Do not take photographs, videos or audio recordings of students, school or staff unless you have received specific permission from the school. Unauthorized recording violates our campus policy and student privacy rights, and may result in immediate removal from campus and potential legal action.
- Do not initiate or respond to physical contact from a student.
- Avoid unnecessary conversations with a student.
- Do not exchange personal contact details or connect with students through personal social media or messaging accounts.
- One-on-one meetings with students should be held in public areas or with the door open and only when allowed from school.
- Use only designated restrooms for adults. Do not use toilets/restrooms that are for students. Toilets are clearly labeled for adult or student use.
- Report any safeguarding concern immediately. If you see, hear or become aware of anything that concerns you about a student's safety or wellbeing, please speak with our Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL), Ms. Yuka Shibata or Mr. Talha Salih (DDSL), or any member of staff immediately.
- In an emergency, follow all instructions given by school staff.
- Before leaving the school, please sign out and return your Visitor Badge.
Violation of the Visitor Code of Conduct may result in appropriate disciplinary actions, depending on the severity of the infraction. Consequences may include verbal warnings, written reprimands, or, in extreme cases, removal from the premises and the contact of proper authorities.

江西国際学園は生徒の安全と幸福を第一に考えています。当校を訪問される方は、当校のガイドラインにご協力いただくことが重要です。以下のビジター行動規範をよくご確認ください。
- ビジターバッジは常に見える位置に着用してください。正式なバッジを着用していない方は、受付へお戻りいただく場合があります。バッジが見えることで、許可を受けた訪問者であることが分かり、生徒全員にとって安全な環境づくりにつながります。
- 常に受入担当者（ホスト）と一緒に行動してください。明確な許可がない限り、教室、生徒用施設、教職員専用エリアへは立ち入らないでください。一緒に行動していただくことで、招かれたお客様であることが分かりやすくなります。
- 学校からの個別の許可がない限り、生徒・校舎・教職員の写真撮影、動画撮影、録音は行わないでください。無断での撮影・録音は当校の規定および生徒のプライバシーの権利を侵害するものであり、直ちに校外への退去を求められるほか、法的措置の対象となる場合があります。
- 生徒との身体的接触は、こちらから行わないでください。また生徒から接触があった場合も応じないでください。
- 生徒との不必要な会話はお控えください。
- 生徒と個人の連絡先を交換したり、個人のソーシャルメディアやメッセージアプリのアカウントでつながったりしないでください。
- 生徒と1対1で面会する場合は、学校の許可を得たうえで、開かれた場所で行うか、ドアを開けたまま行ってください。
- 大人用に指定されたトイレのみをご利用ください。生徒用のトイレは使用しないでください。トイレには大人用・生徒用の表示があります。
- セーフガーディング（生徒の安全）に関して気になることがあれば、直ちにご報告ください。生徒の安全や健康について心配なことを見聞きした、または気づいた場合は、セーフガーディング責任者（DSL）の Ms. Yuka Shibata、副責任者（DDSL）の Mr. Talha Salih、または近くの教職員に直ちにお知らせください。
- 緊急時には、教職員の指示に必ず従ってください。
- 学校を出られる前に、退出受付を行い、ビジターバッジをご返却ください。
ビジター行動規範に違反した場合、違反の程度に応じて適切な措置が取られることがあります。措置には、口頭による警告、書面による注意、重大な場合には校外への退去要請および関係機関への通報が含まれます。
